Ingredients

800 g of whole lobster

2 pistol prawns

2 large crayfish

250 g whiting fillet

250 grams of fresh mussels

500 g of medium potatoes

500 grams of broccoli

2 garlic cloves

juice of a lemon

Salt and black pepper to taste

Olive oil

The Preparation Process

Open and clean the lobster, crayfish, shrimp, and mussels.

In a container, prepare a marinade with lemon juice, salt, pepper, and olive oil.

Season the fish with the marinade, adding the other clean ingredients.

Cook the potato and broccoli separately.

On a very hot plate, grill all the ingredients together.

 Place the dish on a serving platter and take it to the table immediately
