Cheese with tomato and pesto
Ingredients
cheese
200 grams of cherry tomatoes
2 large sprigs of rosemary, or thyme, or oregano, or sage (or a mix of all four)
30 grams of parmesan
30 grams of walnuts
salt to taste
olive oil to taste
Black pepper to taste
basil
Preparation mode
Gather all the ingredients. Place the cherry tomatoes
in an dish. Cover with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, miand selected herbs. Bake in a preheated oven at 160ºC for about 20 minutes. In a dish combine the parmesan, walnuts, and basil, salt, and oil. Knead until you get a paste. Place the tomatoes with a little olive oil in a deep dish. Top with cheese. Finish with the pesto sauce and serve.
