Recipe to Getting Rid of Stress

Black Bean Meatballs

Ingredients Required

• One can of Black Beans
• One cup oat flour
• one cup rolled oats
• one and a half tablespoon salt
• Bread crumbs ( not mandatory)
• Oil (for frying)
• one and a half tbsp Flax seeds
• one tbsp Smoked Paprika
• 1 tbsp garlic powder
• 1 tbsp onion powder

Steps to Prepare Black Bean Meatballs

Step1

Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit or heat a medium-sized skillet to high or medium heat. You can either fry or bake as per your preference.

Step 2

With the help of a food processor pulse, Flax seeds and oats till it becomes slightly chunky powder. After this, keep it in a bowl.

Step 3

Now drain the black beans and rinse till water runs clear. After this, refill it with water and then pour the entire can of beans to your food processor. And pulse it till it becomes smooth.

Step 4

Now, blend rolled oats (both blended and regular) and seasonings till it blends well. Keep aside for 5 minutes to become thick.

Step 5

Make small balls and roll in bread crumbs for an even coat. Fey them for 2 to 3 minutes till it becomes a dark golden color. Or bake for 6 to 8 minutes and flip, repeat. 

Step 6

Now serve it with warm marinara or over pasta and enjoy your food.
