MY DAILY EATING

Breakfast - a bowl of whole Grains/ Oatmeal, Milk, Juice and bread


Lunch - Plenty of vegetables, and Baked chicken or broiled fish, with a side of brown rice.


Dinner - Green salad, Rice, beans, & Tomato Soup  

This is a variation of what I enjoy eating, and will change in the next week.  Although this may seem healthy, its not truly healthy!  I'm going to try to eat more portions, 5-6 smaller portions of more beneficial eating.  Let me know what you eat, and what are your plans, on my facebook page!
